Two Weeks of Rotations for Variety!
If you’re like me and prefer to meal prep once a week, here are two full weeks of juice recipes I’ve been rotating between for me and my husband. Each recipe below makes two 16 oz servings.
I use the Nama J2 Juicer to make batch prepping super easy, and store everything in wide-mouth mason jars or plastic juice bottles (see my main blog post for links).
Storage & Freezing Tips
I keep Monday–Wednesday’s juices in the fridge
I freeze Thursday–Sunday’s juices right after making them
The night before, I move the next day’s juice from the freezer to the fridge
For freezing safely in mason jars:
Only fill about ¾ full to allow space for expansion
Always use wide-mouth, straight-sided jars to avoid cracking.

Week 1 Rotation

Friday | Pineapple Cucumber Mint | 2 cups pineapple, 1 cucumber, handful mint, ½ lemon | Refreshing & cooling |
Saturday | Carrot Apple Ginger | 6 carrots, 2 apples, 1″ ginger | Digestion & immune boost |
Sunday | Strawberry Pineapple Citrus | 1 cup strawberries, 1 cup pineapple, 1 orange, ½ lemon | Sweet, tangy & energizing |
