My Weekly Juice Meal Prep Recipes

Two Weeks of Rotations for Variety!


If you’re like me and prefer to meal prep once a week, here are two full weeks of juice recipes I’ve been rotating between for me and my husband. Each recipe below makes two 16 oz servings.


I use the Nama J2 Juicer to make batch prepping super easy, and store everything in wide-mouth mason jars or plastic juice bottles (see my main blog post for links).


Storage & Freezing Tips

  • I keep Monday–Wednesday’s juices in the fridge

  • I freeze Thursday–Sunday’s juices right after making them

  • The night before, I move the next day’s juice from the freezer to the fridge


For freezing safely in mason jars:

  • Only fill about ¾ full to allow space for expansion

  • Always use wide-mouth, straight-sided jars to avoid cracking.

2 cups pineapple, 2 oranges, 1″ ginger

2 cups strawberries, 2 oranges, 1 lemon, pinch spinach (optional)

Vitamin C & antioxidants

Thursday

Green Glow

1 cucumber, 2 celery stalks, 1 green apple, handful kale/spinach, ½ lemon

Hydration & skin support

Friday

Pineapple Cucumber Mint

2 cups pineapple, 1 cucumber, handful mint, ½ lemon

Refreshing & cooling

Saturday

Carrot Apple Ginger

6 carrots, 2 apples, 1″ ginger

Digestion & immune boost

Sunday

Strawberry Pineapple Citrus

1 cup strawberries, 1 cup pineapple, 1 orange, ½ lemon

Sweet, tangy & energizing

Strawberry Citrus Mint

2 cups strawberries, 1 orange, ½ lemon, handful mint

Light, refreshing boost

Thursday

Apple Cucumber Greens

1 cucumber, 2 apples, handful spinach, ½ lemon

Hydrating & nutrient-dense

Friday

Pineapple Carrot Ginger

2 cups pineapple, 4 carrots, 1″ ginger

Anti-inflammatory & sweet

Saturday

Strawberry Pineapple

1 cup strawberries, 1 cup pineapple, 1 orange

Bright & tropical treat

Sunday

Carrot Orange Beet

4 carrots, 1 small beet, 1 orange, 1″ ginger
